At XNAUWBI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Undergarments & swimwear (unless defective)

 

Final sale items (marked as "non-returnable")

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us – Email returns@xnauwbi.com with your order number and reason for return.

Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Ship Your Return – Send the item(s) back to our warehouse.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defective/wrong item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as XNAUWBI is not liable for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once received, your return will be inspected within 3-5 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (excluding original shipping fees).

Processing times vary by payment provider (typically 5-10 business days).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at returns@xnauwbi.com for a free replacement or refund.
